SHIPPING and RETURN POLICY
If you're not satisfied with any item, simply return it to us at any time for an exchange or refund of its purchase price.
Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges on the returning items. All non-embroidered or non-monogrammed garment(s) have a 60 calender days money back guarantee from time of purchase as long as item has not been used or washed and is returned in its original condition.

Embroidered garment(s) are custom made for you and can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect. Embroidered garment(s) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned for any other reason.
All items are shipped from California, USA
Domestic shipments are shipped through USPS/UPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground depending upon item value and package weight. We may also use First Class Mail when free shipping specified. For International shipments, we use USPS Priority International Mail OR UPS International for all shipments.
